American Vision at The Court has established a reputation for exceptional eye exams and has become known as suburban Philadelphia’s place to go for the finest selection of eyewear. While we do have some of the most cutting-edge eyewear and lenses, we take care of our customers with old-fashioned friendliness. We have been serving the tri-state area for almost forty years and love seeing our littlest patients grow up, and then bring their children in—it’s a testimony to our unrivaled service and skills.
Dr. Gary Kirshner
Thirty-eight years ago, I started on a mission to provide the highest quality eye care and products to the King of Prussia area. Even though my practice is in a heavy retail environment, I made a decision to operate as a family owned business, hiring not only the best opticians and ancillary staff but also those whose personalities would treat my patients and customers with the same kindness and compassion that I do.
I consider myself a very lucky man since I still love coming to work every day. Having a wonderful staff that I can truly call my family, and patients that I look forward to seeing each year, energizes me into being the best that I can be. The greatest compliment I can receive is when I get 2nd, 3rd and even some 4th generation of family members coming to my office entrusting me with their vision.
With that said, Cindi and I are always looking to update our eyewear with the latest in fashion design and keeping abreast with newer and better lens technologies. I’ve also added 2 pieces of equipment to better serve my patients with an OCT that can diagnose macular degeneration and glaucoma much earlier in the process and an automated digital wave front refractor that makes prescriptions more accurate and easier for the patient to respond.
